Wobble Bot

 

Introduction

The Wobble Bot is a robot designed by seven students for their final capstone project. The initial goal for the robot was for it to balance itself on two wheels, using a gyroscope and accelerometer to send data to a computer program that responded as necessary to keep the robot balanced. A wireless network connection would enable a user to manipulate the robot from a remote terminal that receives live video from a web cam mounted on the top of the robot. The robots speed and direction would be controlled using a standard game pad controller for computers.
